Desirable

Experience with Ubuntu or similar Linux distributions is a plus, as is familiarity with IoT devices and server-class hardware. You may also have experience in customer engagement, helping clients integrate their applications and optimize their systems. What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement the best Ubuntu integration for the latest IoT and server-class hardware platforms. You will collaborate with partners to ensure a delightful and optimized Ubuntu experience on their platforms. Your holistic approach will involve providing inputs on technical plans, testing strategies, and quality metrics. As a technical lead, you will participate in complex customer engagements, addressing complete system architectures from cloud to edge. You will assist customers in integrating their applications, SDKs, and building device OS images while optimizing applications with Ubuntu Core, Desktop, and Server. Your work will involve using the most advanced operating systems and application technologies available in the enterprise world, contributing to Canonical's mission of building a better platform with free software.
