You have a strong background in Linux support and software engineering, with a passion for open source technologies. Your experience includes working with cloud-native development and data-center technologies, particularly OpenStack and Kubernetes. You are comfortable working in a distributed team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

You possess a solid understanding of the full technical stack, from hardware to application, networking, and Linux. What you'll do

As a Cloud Support Engineer at Canonical, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support across the full cloud technical stack. You will assist customers with their open source solutions, including Ubuntu Server and Desktop, OpenStack, and Kubernetes. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, providing engineering solutions, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience with Canonical's products.
