What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts at Canonical, focusing on attracting high-performing talent for various technology roles. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to refine and implement hiring strategies that align with the company's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the hiring process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective, and that it adheres to the principles of diversity and inclusion.

You will work with the Talent Science team to analyze hiring data and outcomes, using insights to continuously improve the selection process. You will also play a crucial role in training and empowering hiring managers to make informed decisions based on objective criteria. Your leadership will help shape a unique hiring culture that prioritizes performance and potential.
