What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on advancing Canonical's graduate hiring strategy, ensuring that the organization can reach and assess world-class junior talent. You will collaborate closely with a carefully selected hiring cohort to ensure exceptional judgment in the hiring model. Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives that build automations and offering expert viewpoints on assessing talent. You will work with the Hiring Leadership team to empower them in making the best decisions for talent selection. This position challenges you to think differently, work smarter, and learn new skills while contributing to a unique hiring process that is scientifically rigorous and efficient.
