Nebius AI is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to enhance their Talent Acquisition team. You'll focus on sourcing top technical talent, particularly backend engineers and system engineers. This role is based in Amsterdam or London with hybrid working options.

You have a proven track record in technical recruitment, ideally with experience in sourcing engineers and technology specialists. Your ability to engage with candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and GitHub, sets you apart. You understand the nuances of the tech landscape and can identify the right talent for specific roles. Desirable
Experience in AI or cloud computing recruitment would be a plus, as well as familiarity with the latest trends in technology and engineering.
