You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships. Your experience includes leading teams and driving revenue growth through effective go-to-market strategies. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration with senior executives at partner organizations.
You are highly motivated and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape, including public cloud, data science, AI, and IoT. Your leadership style encourages team development and innovation, and you thrive in a global, distributed work environment.
What you'll do
As the Senior Partner Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading IHV Alliances in the EMEA or APAC regions. You will work closely with IHV and Canonical teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at strategic partner organizations. Your role will involve managing and growing a team of Business Development Managers, helping them identify and pursue new business opportunities with IHVs.
You will drive revenue growth and market expansion by developing and executing go-to-market strategies for joint offerings. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day management of alliances, including contract negotiations and performance tracking. Your leadership will challenge your team to think differently, work smarter, and continuously improve their skills.
