What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that enable efficient bare-metal operations for high-performance computing, private cloud, data lakes, AI/ML, and analytics. You will collaborate closely with the managed infrastructure operations team, which runs private OpenStack clouds and Kubernetes clusters for customers worldwide. Your contributions will help shape the future of open source IT and drive the success of Canonical's initiatives.
You will be responsible for leading software engineering projects, ensuring that your team meets its goals while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will engage in strategic discussions with your team and other stakeholders to align on project objectives and execution plans. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team.
