What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with customer account teams on major Retail and CPG accounts, ensuring that the technical aspects of client implementation and onboarding are managed effectively. You will assist clients in leveraging SPINS' data, helping them to create customized environments within the app and data feed. Your responsibilities will include running ad hoc reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights for clients. You will also help develop internal tooling to scale technical processes, ensuring that the team can efficiently manage client needs. Assessing and triaging issues within applications and data feeds will be a key part of your role, allowing you to maintain high standards of service and support for clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that client goals are met and that they are able to fully utilize the data solutions provided by SPINS.
