Who you are
You are a Solutions Engineer with a strong background in sales strategy and technical expertise. You excel at consultative discovery conversations, uncovering customer pain points and translating their goals into compelling demonstrations of PandaDoc's platform. Your ability to influence decisions and navigate complex buying groups sets you apart as a strategic partner. You have a deep understanding of document workflows, CPQ, APIs, integrations, and automation within CRM ecosystems. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are passionate about helping clients achieve measurable ROI through technology.
Desirable
Experience in a revenue-driving role within a SaaS environment is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this position. A background in business consulting or technical sales will also be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with sales teams to own the technical and solution strategy throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to close. You will lead consultative conversations to identify customer pain points and business drivers, ensuring that you understand their success metrics. Your expertise will allow you to translate customer goals into engaging, outcome-based demonstrations of PandaDoc's capabilities. You will proactively identify risks and objections, proposing solutions to unblock deals and move them forward. Additionally, you will serve as a platform expert, guiding customers through the intricacies of document workflows, CPQ, and integrations with their existing CRM systems.

PandaDoc offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual range of $130k OTE with an 80/20 base-to-variable split.
