What you'll do

As a Talent Scientist at Canonical, you will work closely with the Hiring Leadership team to lead talent selection initiatives. You will drive the implementation of best practices in talent assessments and ensure that the hiring model supports the selection of world-class talent. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that decisions are made in the right way, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity in hiring.

You will analyze and refine the hiring processes to ensure they are efficient and effective, utilizing data and insights to inform your recommendations. Your expertise will be crucial in developing training programs for Hiring Leads to enhance their interviewing skills and understanding of talent assessment. You will also be responsible for monitoring the impact of these initiatives on the overall hiring success of the organization.
