What you'll do

As a Graduate Talent Scientist, you will work closely with the Talent Science team to implement objective and scientifically rigorous processes for selecting new colleagues. You will assist in developing and refining the hiring model to ensure it supports the selection of top talent. Your role will involve analyzing data related to hiring practices and outcomes, helping to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that hiring decisions are made effectively and efficiently.

You will participate in the development of evidence-based selection tools and methodologies, integrating behavioral science principles into the hiring process. You will also support the team in conducting research and analysis to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.
