What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the core platform that compensation admins use to build and operate sales compensation models. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience. As part of the engineering team, you will contribute to the development of new features and improvements, helping to shape the future of the CaptivateIQ platform.
