What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at CaptivateIQ, you will lead product teams focused on the Plan Builder persona, which includes administrators and sales ops leaders. You will own a portfolio that spans plan design, modeling, workflows, and documentation experiences. Your teams will work to streamline the process from idea to live configuration, ensuring that all plans are accurate and auditable. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and platform teams in an API- and platform-first environment, driving the development of best-in-class products. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of your teams, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring that your team members have the resources they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in hiring and developing talent within your teams, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.
