Who you are

You have extensive experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of value-based care business models and technology. Your ability to foster long-term customer partnerships is complemented by your strategic mindset and execution skills. You thrive in high-impact roles where performance targets are significant, and you are passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare ecosystem.

You possess a deep subject matter expertise that allows you to craft tailored solutions for provider entities and payviders. Your experience includes managing large-scale deals and creating new business opportunities, particularly in strategic accounts. You are adept at leveraging subject matter experts to pair fee-for-service models with innovative healthcare technology solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive territory-level sales strategy aimed at exceeding revenue and growth targets. You will manage individual account plans and proactively create new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include driving significant revenue growth and closing large-scale deals while fostering long-term partnerships with healthcare providers and payviders. You will be the face of Innovaccer to these entities, ensuring that their challenges are resolved with our solutions.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
