You are skilled at identifying areas for process improvement and have a knack for building standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance efficiency. Your ability to plan shifts and manage manpower according to demand patterns is a key strength, ensuring that the operations team is always prepared to meet customer needs.

Conducting training sessions on SOPs and performing spot checks to evaluate team performance are tasks you excel at, as you believe in continuous improvement and development. What you'll do

In this role, you will support operational performance by closely monitoring key metrics that drive the success of Careem's services. You will assist in identifying areas for process improvement, building SOPs that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Your capacity planning skills will be crucial as you plan shifts and manage manpower according to demand patterns, ensuring that the operations team is always equipped to handle customer needs effectively.

You will supervise the operations team, fostering a positive and productive environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Conducting training sessions on SOPs will be part of your responsibilities, as will performing spot checks to evaluate team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that operational processes are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
