What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of deliveries, ensuring that every customer box reaches its destination on time and in full. You will manage live vehicle operations, preparing routes and handling real-time issues as they arise. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations within the HelloFresh Delivery Network, acting as the intermediary between drivers and customers. You will also engage with drivers to ensure they have the support they need to perform their duties effectively.
