Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience owning sales execution outcomes across new business, renewals, and expansion. You thrive in a role that blends hands-on selling with operational ownership, ensuring that your team consistently meets revenue and retention goals. You are motivated by building sustainable revenue models that support long-term health equity impact, and you think in systems and standards rather than one-off heroics.
You possess strong coaching abilities, enabling you to unblock and elevate the sellers around you. You will work closely with your team to ensure that CareMessage meets its revenue goals while also driving the sales strategy forward. Your role will involve overseeing Deal Desk and Revenue Operations, ensuring that the sales process is efficient and effective.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to refine sales strategies and improve operational processes.
