You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology or automotive sectors. You possess a strong understanding of user needs and market trends, enabling you to drive product vision and strategy effectively. Your background includes working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations. You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform decision-making and prioritize features. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. You are passionate about the automotive industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for PistonHeads, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and customer needs. You will conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to define requirements and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. You will lead sprint planning sessions and prioritize the backlog based on user feedback and business objectives. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches. You will analyze product performance metrics and iterate on features to improve user engagement and satisfaction. You will represent the product in stakeholder meetings, communicating updates and gathering feedback to inform future development.
