Your ability to excel in a team-oriented environment will help you collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Fund Management team.
What you'll do
As a Fund Management Associate, you will be responsible for the establishment and funding of LLCs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately. You will assist in the target investment completion process, which involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your role will also include day-to-day fund accounting, where you will track financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
You will prepare periodic reports and tax forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Managing the exit of target investments will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring you to work closely with the team to strategize and execute successful exits. Finally, you will play a crucial role in closing the fund, ensuring that all financial obligations are met and that the fund is properly concluded.
