Carta is hiring a Finance and Equity Analyst for their Rotational Program to manage 409A Valuation requests and assist with financial reporting inquiries. This entry-level position is based in Sandy, UT.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in finance and equity analysis. You have a foundational understanding of financial reporting and valuation processes, and you are eager to learn and grow within the finance sector. You possess excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers and data. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy in your work. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about contributing to a team that supports early-stage customers in navigating their financial needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will validate and properly segment 409A Valuation requests, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed accurately. You will manage the delivery responsibility of 409A Valuations for Cartaβs earliest-stage customers, providing them with the support they need to understand their financial positions. Additionally, you will assist customers with low-complexity, high-volume financial reporting inquiries, helping them navigate their financial data and reporting requirements. You will work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of Carta's Fund Administration platform.
