What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on delivering smarter, safer, and more scalable customer experiences through AI solutions. You will work closely with the Customer Contact, Technology, and Data teams to shape how AI is designed, deployed, and embedded across CarTrawler’s customer operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration, developing strategies to implement these solutions, and measuring their impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with various teams to ensure that AI initiatives align with business goals and customer needs. This involves conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
