You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair — you understand the intricacies of repairing deep wheel damage and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality repairs. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment.

You are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry — if you are joining us in an entry-level position, we offer training programs to ensure your skills and pay progress along with the company. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized wheel repair machines. You will also be tasked with painting and clear-coating wheels to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. Your role will involve working in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will utilize state-of-the-art tools to perform your duties.

You will be expected to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to our mission of delivering great vehicles when expected. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that every vehicle meets our quality standards before it reaches our customers.
