What you'll do
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality. You will utilize advanced wheel repair machines and techniques to restore wheels to their original condition. Your role will involve painting and clear-coating wheels to achieve a flawless finish, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the vehicles.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that every vehicle meets the company's rigorous quality standards. Your commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction will be essential as you help deliver vehicles on time and in excellent condition. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career growth within the company.
