You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair — you understand the intricacies of repairing deep wheel damage and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality repairs. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.

You are comfortable using a wheel repair machine and have experience with painting and clear-coating wheels — your attention to detail ensures that every repair meets the highest standards. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of training programs that enhance your skills and career progression.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall mission of delivering exceptional vehicles to our customers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair.

You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role may involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. You will also participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair.
