Who you are

You have at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join Carvana as a Cosmetic Repair Inspector. You possess a keen eye for detail, allowing you to identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs both pre-reconditioning and post-paint process. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center and are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana. You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to contribute to the company's mission of providing high-quality vehicles to customers.

What you'll do

As a Cosmetic Repair Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections and repairs. You will work closely with the reconditioning team to ensure that all vehicles meet Carvana's high standards before they are delivered to customers. Your role may also involve additional tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles to prepare them for the reconditioning process.

You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all cosmetic repairs are completed to the highest quality. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are ready for delivery on time, contributing to the overall success of the team.
