Your passion for delivering happiness is evident in your interactions, whether it's on the driveway or within the community. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of our mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your role will involve engaging with customers during vehicle deliveries, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will also participate in local community events, helping to build Carvana's presence and reputation in Albuquerque. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key as you navigate various customer interactions and address their needs promptly and effectively.
