You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. Your ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for interacting with customers and team members alike.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers at their driveways, providing them with the necessary information about their new vehicle and answering any questions they may have. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 7am to 9pm, and be available to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off.
