You possess a valid driver's license and are able to communicate effectively in English, ensuring that you can engage with customers and represent Carvana positively.

You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and are flexible with your availability, as the position requires working various shifts throughout the week. You are motivated by growth opportunities and are excited about the potential to increase your earnings through performance-based incentives. You are at least 21 years old and are prepared to meet the requirements for a DOT Medical Card.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring a seamless handover experience. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the information they need to enjoy their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events and initiatives, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric company.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that deliveries are made on time and that customer satisfaction is prioritized. Your commitment to excellence will be key in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Carvana's performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which allows you to increase your pay every 90 days based on your performance.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with the potential to increase to $22/hr within your first year based on performance.
