You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service. You are passionate about reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process and are eager to contribute to a positive customer experience at Carvana. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to connect with customers and understand their needs. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the role. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices will help you excel in this position. What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about Carvana's services and offerings. You will also participate in community involvement initiatives, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence and reputation in the local area. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in building lasting relationships with customers and enhancing their overall experience.
You will work a shift from 11 am to 9 pm, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends. This flexibility is essential to meet the needs of our customers, who may require assistance at various times. You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through performance-based incentives, with a starting pay of $22 per hour and opportunities for increases based on your performance. As you progress in your role, you can expect to see your pay increase every few months, reflecting your contributions to the team and the company.
