Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are excited about the opportunity to be a part of Carvana's mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and work flexible hours, including weekends.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers and the local community, representing Carvana's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working various shifts, including early mornings and evenings, and you will be part of a team that rotates days off between weekdays and weekends. You will have the opportunity to grow your earnings through performance-based incentives and merit increases.
