What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Your role will involve engaging with the local community, promoting Carvana's mission, and participating in events that enhance customer relationships.
