What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the excitement of receiving their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in local community events, helping to build Carvana's presence and reputation in the area. You will work flexible hours, with shifts available from 7am to 9pm, and be prepared to work on weekends as needed. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching $22/hr.
