You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure customer satisfaction. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers both in person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating vehicle deliveries and assisting customers with any issues that may arise. What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days. You can progress from $18/hr to $20/hr within your first year based on your performance.
