You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey information and resolve issues. You are adaptable and can work various shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with any issues that may arise. What we offer
