You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with customers and provide exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and are passionate about enhancing the customer experience. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to convey information clearly and effectively. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals. You are committed to continuous improvement and are eager to grow within the company.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of delivering happiness to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers during the car-buying process, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will engage with customers on the driveway, providing them with the information they need and answering any questions they may have. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism. Your role will also involve participating in performance-based programs that allow you to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see increases in your pay every few months as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
