What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential as you work to enhance the overall experience for our customers.

What we offer
