Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your expertise in accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards. Your experience allows you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers in a timely manner.

You are familiar with state-of-the-art tools and techniques used in the automotive repair industry, and you are committed to continuous learning and improvement. You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, as you will be working alongside other technicians in a high-tech Inspection Center. Your strong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with team members and management, ensuring a smooth workflow.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicle panels using advanced PDR techniques. You will access panels and utilize glue-pulling methods to restore vehicles to their original condition. Your role will involve assessing damage, determining the best repair methods, and executing repairs with precision. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
