Carvana is hiring a Brake and Tire Auto Technician to perform light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.
You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to utilize state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center and are open to training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your pay as you grow with the company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance, focusing on brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively to ensure that vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair. As you gain experience, you will be encouraged to take on more complex tasks and responsibilities, contributing to your professional growth within Carvana.
