Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.
You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, and you are open to participating in training programs to enhance your skills and career progression.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, focusing on brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles meet safety standards and are ready for customer delivery. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, as you will help maintain the quality and reliability of the vehicles Carvana sells.
You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient operations within the Inspection Center. Your commitment to teamwork and quality service will be essential as you contribute to Carvana's mission of providing an exceptional customer experience. You will also have opportunities to participate in training programs that will help you grow your skills and advance your career within the company.
