Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed.
You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana, ensuring that your pay progresses along with your development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, focusing on brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction will be essential as you contribute to Carvana's mission of delivering great vehicles to customers on time.
