You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are excited to be part of a team that is reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and work flexible hours, including weekends.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers and the local community, representing Carvana's commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working flexible hours from 11am to 9pm, with rotating days off. You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through performance-based growth opportunities, with the possibility of increasing your hourly rate every 90 days.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance.
