What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition. You will engage with customers during the delivery process, answering any questions they may have and providing a seamless experience. Your role will also involve participating in local community events, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric company.

You will work closely with your team to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members will be crucial in maintaining high levels of satisfaction. You will also have opportunities to grow within the company, with performance-based merit increases available every 90 days.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can progress from $18/hr to $20/hr within your first year through our Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every quarter.
