Carvana is hiring a Customer Advocate I to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers at the unique Vending Machine locations and contribute to community involvement. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Who you are
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are excited about building a career in a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with customers in various settings, including our innovative Vending Machine experience. You are adaptable and ready to work shifts that include evenings and weekends, demonstrating your commitment to providing excellent service.
What you'll do
As a Customer Advocate I, you will be at the forefront of Carvana's mission to transform the car-buying experience. You will assist customers with inquiries and guide them through our unique Vending Machine process, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your role will also involve engaging with the local community, helping to promote Carvana's brand and values. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and providing solutions, contributing to a positive customer journey. Additionally, you will have opportunities for performance-based growth, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success in the role.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for performance-based increases every 90 days. You can progress from $18/hr to $20/hr within your first year through our Careers Not Jobs program, which rewards your performance. We also provide a 401(k) plan with a company match and the potential for overtime during busy seasons.
