Who you are

You are a Customer Advocate who enjoys working with customers and understands that the customer is always right. You possess strong communication skills and are empathetic, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow within the company. Your ability to handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues makes you an essential part of the team. You are committed to delivering a white-glove experience to every individual customer, ensuring their fitness goals are met with the utmost care.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Tonal's products and services, driving customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate resolutions. You will assist customers daily, representing the Tonal brand across various channels, including phone, email, face-to-face interactions, and social media. Your responsibilities will include capturing feedback from frontline interactions and recommending resolutions to improve the customer experience. You will also contribute to content creation, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the Advocate teams. Flexibility is key, as this position includes some on-call work, including nights and weekends.
