What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also participate in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce joy into the car-buying process. Your role will involve working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules. You will have the opportunity to grow your earnings through performance-based incentives and merit increases, reflecting your contributions to the team.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect regular merit increases, allowing you to progress from $22/hr to $24/hr within your first year.
