You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in local community events to promote Carvana and its mission. You will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of a rotating schedule to meet customer needs.

You can expect to see pay increases at regular intervals, with the potential to earn up to $20.25/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
