Who you are
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of preparing vehicles for paint, including tasks such as sanding, masking, and buffing. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed.
What you'll do
As an Automotive Prep Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging, and buffing. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that vehicles meet the company's quality standards. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
