Overview
Carvana is hiring an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician to prep vehicles for paint. You'll be responsible for tasks such as sanding, masking, and buffing. This position requires a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.

Who you are
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business needs, including working mandatory overtime when necessary.
You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle is prepped to the highest standards before paint. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center and are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.
What you'll do
As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, you will prep vehicles for paint by performing tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work closely with your team to ensure that vehicles are ready for the next steps in the repair process, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of Carvana's operations.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair. Your role is crucial in helping Carvana deliver great vehicles to customers on time, and you will play a key part in the company's mission to provide an exceptional customer experience.
