Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are skilled in performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You are a team player who is committed to delivering great vehicles when expected, even if it means working mandatory overtime based on business needs.
You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center and are open to participating in training programs to enhance your skills and pay as the company grows. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, focusing on brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all repairs meet high-quality standards and contribute to the overall customer experience. Your role may also involve assisting in training entry-level technicians and sharing your knowledge to help them grow in their careers.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition. As part of your responsibilities, you will also need to communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs and the services performed. Your commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction will be essential in this position.
