Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive industry. You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can work mandatory overtime when needed.
You are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You have a basic understanding of mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You are willing to learn and grow your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.
What you'll do
As a Brake & Tire Technician at Carvana, you will perform essential maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Your responsibilities will include changing brakes and tires, conducting routine inspections, and performing basic mechanical repairs. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
You will be part of a team that values collaboration and customer satisfaction, and you will be expected to deliver great vehicles when expected.
